The list could be endless but I have short-listed these top websites to look for in case you are unable to debug queries by yourself.
Since when I started my career in data science, there were many times when I got stuck in problems and was unable to find solutions to them by simply googling. But over time, I found the trick of using keywords in the search engine and when you specifically use a website like StackOverflow with your query, It becomes a lot easier to find the exact solutions. Also, the easiest trick for googling in an effective manner is to use related keywords.
Below is the list of some top websites shortlisted by me for a reason. Please have a look and do let me know in the comments section if the list is sufficient for data science people or should I add some more which helped you in your specific case the most.

I have put this on the top of this list as it covers the most used programming languages in the data science world. It has almost covered every problem that could occur in Python, Java, R, and SQL.
